Eight persons P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, and W are living in four storey buildings such that the ground floor is numbered as 1, above it is floor 2 then the top floor is numbered as 4. Each of the floors has 2 flats in it as flat – 1 and flat – 2. Flat – 1 of the floor – 2 is immediately above flat – 1 of floor – 1 and immediately below flat – 1 of the floor – 3 and so on. In the same way flat – 2 of the floor – 2 is immediately above flat – 2 of floor – 1 and immediately below flat – 2 of the floor – 3 and so on. Flat – 1 is west of flat – 2. Only one floor is there between R and T and both of them live on the same flat. T does not live on an even-numbered floor. W lives on flat – 1 of any floor, but not with P. U lives with R on the same floor but not in East. One floor is there between U and S. P lives above T, but not on the topmost floor. Q does not live to the East of any person.
